How to Request a Refund
Because your transaction is securely processed by our retail partner, ClickBank, you have two simple ways to request a refund:
Option A: Request Through Us (We'll Initiate It For You)
Email us at support@mydogplanquiz.com with your ClickBank Order ID (it starts with the letters in your receipt email). We will submit your refund request to ClickBank on your behalf, typically within 24-48 business hours. Because ClickBank is the retailer, the refund itself is issued and processed by ClickBank back to your original payment method.
Option B: Request Directly Through ClickBank
1. Visit ClickBank's customer support portal at www.clkbank.com.
2. Enter your email and order number (or zip code and card details) to look up your order.
3. Click the "Get Support" or "Refund Request" button.
4. Choose a reason for the refund and click submit. ClickBank processes automated refunds immediately upon submission.
